Reactor Compendium

Reactors are required for descendants to access their arche powers. Every reactor is assigned one element type, and one arche type, providing a 20% bonus to the skill power of the matching element and arche type.

Reactors can be looted off Vulgus NPCs, and will drop in one of three tiers. Players can find level 100 Ultimate tier reactors by using the Difficulty Level Rewards function, available at the bottom of the Hard mode global map.

  • Normal tier reactors provide no additional bonuses.
  • Rare tier reactors provide a 40% skill power boost, so long as one of the three equipped weapons matches the optimization condition. They may undergo up to two levels of enhancement at the Workbench.
  • Ultimate tier reactors provide a 60% skill power boost, so long as the player's current weapon matches the optimization condition. They may undergo up to five levels of enhancement, and up to two additional optimization conditions, at the Workbench.

Level 100 reactors have a base skill power of 11,060.963. Each level of reactor enhancement adds about 331.829 additional base skill power (+3%), for a maximum of 12,720.107 for a level 100 Ultimate reactor.

Reactor Stat Bonuses

Rare and Ultimate tier reactors provide two additional stat bonuses, appearing with blue, purple, or gold text, with gold having the strongest effect. The stat bonuses are taken from the following options:
