While every class of combat ships in Eve Online are capable of fitting a probe launcher and data or relic analyzer, there are several ship classes that are specifically suited to running hacking sites.
Tech 1 Exploration Frigates are cheap and accessible even for brand new pilots, and provide bonuses to probe strength and analyzer virus strength. The fits found on this page are low-cost options suitable for high-security, low-security, or even wormhole space.
Tech 2 Covert Ops frigates are only available to Omega pilots, but provide additional probe strength and analyzer virus bonuses, along with the ability to fit Covert Ops Cloaking Devices and Interdiction Nullifiers. The fits found on this page are suitable for running hacking sites anywhere in New Eden.
The Sisters of Eve faction ships are significantly more expensive, providing strong offensive abilities that allow them to run both combat sites and hacking sites alike. They can fit Covert Ops Cloaking Devices, but not Interdiction Nullifiers.
With the fewest mid-slots of any exploration frigate, the Magnate provides reasonable options for those looking to run basic combat sites alongside their hacking activities.
With plenty of power grid and four mid-slots, the Anathema is a strong choice for sneaking through hostile space enroute to hacking sites.

It can run combat sites comfortably up to DED 3-of-10 sites, but will struggle in most 4-of-10 sites. It's quite capable in Sleeper Cache sites, though it should avoid several areas in the Superior Sleeper Cache.
With a deep drone bay rivalling that of the Myrmidon, the Stratios is just as capable in combat as it is in hacking sites. In high-security space, it can be fit to run most combat sites as well as Sleeper Cache sites. Even so, it should still avoid several areas in the Superior Sleeper Cache.
